Parts Division

T&G’s Parts Division undertook a major revamp from the ground up in 2012. The introduction of a parts counter area provides for the coordinated distribution of spare parts and new equipment off the shelf to the workshop for new manufacturing and  for R&M purposes, as well as for over the counter - off site sales. The Parts Division is the distribution hub for the T&G’s nationwide Service Provider network, ensuring our Service Providers have their shelves stocked with all the essential spare parts for the Transport Trailer product.

With a computer link to parts pricing, accurate stock holdings and up to date customer details, as well as a library of product information, the team are well equipped to deal direct with any enquiry.

The introduction of new shelving and storage systems provides better product organisation and has allowed for increased stock levels too.

With a packaging area that provides for fast and efficient distribution of items on the courier, and even a selection of complementary product brochures available on display! Next time you’re in town, call in and see what we have on the shelf!
